HOW CAN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEADERSHIP BE MEASURED?
Successfully identify the levers of growth.
TLC’s LCP 360º PROFILE
TLC’s LCP 360º PROFILE measures the effectiveness of leadership and one’s capacity to influence others by evaluating key competencies, as well as those that limit development.
This tool also measures the correlation of the organisation’s results with an individual’s leadership style, analysing how leaders communicate, their interactions and what impact they have on others.
TLC’s LCP 360º PROFILE helps us in assessing our leadership style and the impact it has on others:
- What is happening?
- Why is it happening?
- Identifying our path towards change (levers of development)
HOW CAN WE MEASURE THE TEAM’S EFFECTIVENESS AND START A PATH TOWARDS CHANGE?
Tools that allow us to perform a team diagnosis before starting a process of change.
TLC’s CLA PROFILE
Collective Leadership Assessment
The Collective Leadership Assessment is a powerful tool to evaluate the leadership culture. It shows how people perceive the current leadership culture and it compares this reality with the culture we would like to achieve. The difference between the current culture and desired culture immediately shows key opportunities to further develop leadership. In addition, CLA evaluates how an organisation’s culture compares to other organisations.
“Effective and collective leadership is a competitive and strategic advantage that cannot be reproduced”

TDA
(Team Diagnostic Assestment) by Team International.
Team Diagnostic ™ is a tool that evaluates the team’s performance by viewing the team as a dynamic system. It considers the team as a whole, rather than the sum of the different parts. A team is a dynamic, living being with its own personality, a set of agreed and shared rules, and a vision. The team has weak points which can be improved on, and it even has a particular state of mind. Through the diagnostic process, we explore the current needs of the team, leaving aside the individual needs of the members.
- Measures the effectiveness of the team.
- Identifies the development levers for an improved team performance.
- Allows for results to be sustainable through time.
The TDA (Team Diagnostic Assessment) model can allow you to identify the current state of the team and provides a starting point for the process of change. If teams are expected to achieve results, what would allow this to happen and for their effectiveness to be maintained through time? At the end of the Coaching process, we perform another team assessment to evaluate how the team has evolved. The TDA model evaluates the two dimensions that encompass the competencies of an efficient team:
- Productivity competencies: proactivity, objectives, leadership, goal attainment, alignment, decision-making capacity and capacity to manage resources.
- Positivity and relational competencies: trust, optimism, capacity to maintain constructive relationships, communication, camaraderie, capacity to value diversity, respect.
WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONAL STYLE?
How do you impact those around you?
BRIDGE RELATIONAL STYLES
This is a model that gives us the capacity to understand that each person has their own style of communication. It identifies the four basic relational styles of communication and interaction by which we can all be grouped.
The four styles can be identified through two different dimensions:
Vital pace: Reflective / Active
Decision-making: Rational / Emotional
Every individual is characterized by a unique and different combination of these four styles, which determine our preferences in terms of communication and interaction.
This tool can help us in identifying our style and the impact we have on others. It also allows us to understand how others would like to be treated. This boosts relationships, and leads to an improvement of communication and results.
